Juanita Burger is an old scholar of Kirkwood Secondary School Kirkwood from
1987 -1991 and afterward obtained her B-Proc Degree in 1997 at the University
of Free State in Bloemfontein and was admitted as an Attorney in 2000.
In February 2004 she opened the doors of her own firm Juanita Burger Attorneys
and gained experience in criminal and civil litigation, administrations and again
with family law.
As part of her Pro Bono work to the community, Juanita became a Commissioner
of the Small Claims Court in Uitenhage and later in Kirkwood as well.
Today, after practicing law for the last 24 years, she specializes in Family Law,
more specifically divorces and also Surrogate Motherhood Agreements. The
Surrogate Motherhood agreements are very dear to Juanita. She is also responsible for the conveyancing department.
She matriculated in 2011 at Sanctor Secondary School in Port Elizabeth and obtained her LLB degree though Unisa in 2020 after getting married and having children in between.
She joined Juanita Burger Attorneys in 2021 as a candidate attorney where she is responsible for Court appearances in both Uitenhage, Port Elizabeth, and Kirkwood Magistrate Courts.
She is a very dedicated CA with a passion for law and can assist you in Family Law, Debt Collection as well as a wide field of legal assistance such as interdicts, correspondent work, and drafting of legal documents
Samantha joined the firm in 2022 as an administrative clerk. She is 26years of age and matriculated in Daniel Pienaar Secondary School in Uitenhage.
Being responsible for all the files and the whole filing system of the firm, she is a very hard-working individual and also responsible for the distribution of the
Administration clients three quarterly payments and followed up with the creditors.
As this firm has been known as a friendly firm being there for the people of the Nelson Mandela Metro, Samantha fits in perfectly as she is a very friendly kind of person
She is 23 years old and matriculated in 2016 from Brandwag Secondary School in Uitenhage She started working in the legal field as a secretary at Lessing, Heyns, Keyter & van der Bank Inc in 2017, but started working at Juanita Burger Attorneys in January 2018 until presently.
She is responsible for all necessary cash received as a Receptionist which is a very trustworthy position being held by her without any problems for the last five years.
She is also responsible to draft and type all necessary in-house Bill of Costs and balances of clients, answering the telephone and communicating with clients, is one of the most important parts of
running a successful business as you are the face of the business.
Being able to fulfil this position, youneed a very honest and friendly person, which Inge definitely are.
She started her employment career in 2016 as a junior bookkeeper at Juanita Burger Attorneys and after being with the firm for six years, she has gained valuable experience in liaising with the auditors
regarding the trust audits and business financials for SARS, communicating with SARS regarding income tax, vat payments, etc.
She is also responsible for the HP contracts and deductions on the bank
statements.
